For the customers in GTA, please email us at sales@meubleshouse.com to get the shipping cost. Any customers outside of GTA and International locations, the shipping cost will be dependent on the size and weight of consignment. Please note rates do vary, and we will contact you with shipping costs before dispatching your order.

The lead time for any order within Canada can take 2-5 working days, and outside Canada 4-10 working days.


Please note if you believe that your order has been shipped with manufacturing defects or partially delivered then please notify us immediately at claims@meubleshouse.com or call +647-270-5008. The following terms apply for return:

  • Freight charges are not refundable.
  • 25% restocking fees will be applied to returned Items, with exception of merchandise found with manufacturing defect after inspection by MeublesHouse Team.
  • All damage consignment must be reported within 7 days of receipt and it is advisable to email us photograph of damaged Items. This will help us identifying the issue and provide you appropriate advice, if necessary.
  • Exchange/ replacement is available for product(s) only when it is shipped back in Original form and packaging. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject exchange or replacement request unless it is due to manufacturing default.
  • MeublesHouse is not responsible for any loss/ damage of Product during shipment.

Order Cancellation:

For any Cancellation of Orders before delivery or during its manufacturing process, MeublesHouse reserves the right to forfeit 25% restocking fee on the amount deposited. And the Balance will only be provided as Credit Note.

Special Orders:

  • Special Ordered Items can only be returned if the product is found with manufacturing defects. However, if any part is missing, MeublesHouse will either provide the part or exchange it with new one.
  • Lead Time for all the special order is based on approximation, MeublesHouse is not responsible for any delays.
  • Meubleshouse process the Order immediately upon the receipt of Deposit on Special Orders. Therefore we cannot cancel the Order in the event of delays from Manufacturer.
